"Sugar tastes so yummy!"
After our trip to the grocery store, Mommy was pretty worn out. So she put Heidi down for a nap and lay down on the couch for a minute. A couple minutes later--after a suspicious silence--Lizzie comes in and says, "Sugar tastes so yummy!" Turns out, she opened a box of cherry jello mix and started eating the powder plain. (Sigh.)

Oh, but it does! I remember my mom putting jello in hot water in a bottle for me when I was sick. Once I was too big for bottles it just didn't taste the same.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about the mess though. She does seem to have a gift for that.
